Images are rights managed, which means they are sold according to the Licence agreed on, by YOU, the custumer, when price profiling your purchase. The images can not be used for other purposes than the agreed on. All copyrights stay with the photographer. Images can not be sold onward to a third party. However, the images can be used in all media when directly comercialy linked to the specific issue of the magazine/book/article the picture was purchased to be part of.

Any disputes, that the parties can not solve between themselves, will be handled by Norwegian court of Law.
